Cancellations are accepted via email only, addressed to the Registration Manager, subject to the following charges:

• Until and on June 5, 2024 | 20% of registration fee for administrative charges
• After June 5, 2024 | 100% of registration fee (no refund)

Refunds will be processed within 6 weeks after the end of the forum using the credit card used during the registration.

Once you have completed your registration process, you will receive a confirmation email from RegistrationBSBF2024@theoffice.it  summarizing all the items selected.
Should you not receive it, please check your spam box or contact the Registration Manager.

Please do not register again.

Your invoice will be available in your user area.
Invoices will be issued by the Registration Manager once the payment is received

Any change request on the issued invoice will be charged EUR 40,00 + VAT 22%.
(Please note that, after BSBF2024 is over, it will not be possible to modify or cancel issued invoices.)

Please note that THE OFFICE will never ask a third party to retrieve financial or credit card information from a registrant without prior direct personal-arrangement between a registrant and THE OFFICE staff member.
