Notepads with BSBF2024 and Company logos will be included into BSBF2024 bags to be distributed to all attendees. This sponsorship is limited to ONE Company and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
Notepads will be designed, manufactured and provided by the Company. Design must be approved by BSBF2024 Committee.
PENS
EXCLUSIVE
Pens with Company logo will be included into BSBF2024 bags to be distributed to all attendees. This sponsorship is limited to ONE Company and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
Pens will be designed, manufactured and provided by the Company.
COFFEE BREAKS
Company will be allowed to display its logo in the catering area and on all service tables for ONE coffee break.
Sponsor will provide all promotional material (napkins, flags for tables, cups, else…).
This sponsorship is limited to ONE Company per break and will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis. You will be able to select the desired break in the booking platform.
DELEGATE BAG INSERT
Company flyer, brochure (max 4 pages, max size: A4) or gadget will be included in BSBF2024 bag to be distributed to all attendees.
Material will be manufactured and provided by the Company, prior Committee approval.
