All B2B meetings will be held exclusively at Hall 26, which is conveniently located next to Hall 27, just a 30-second walk away.

The meetings will take place in 3 dedicated rooms

  • Nathan & Sbisà: 1st Floor
  • Fini: 2nd Floor

Schedule

  • Wednesday, October 2: 14:00 - 18:00
  • Thursday, October 3: 11:15 - 16:45
  • Friday, October 4: 9:00 - 12:30

Booking your B2B Meetings

Appointments can be scheduled through  MyProfile.

Only registered participants can access MyProfile and then are able to set their own B2B agenda.

These tutorials provide step-by-step guidance on how to make the most of your B2B meeting experience.

Important Information

MyProfile will display tables coded with:

    • Room Name
    • Floor
    • Table Number
Example                 Sbisà – 1F – #57

The table #57 will be located in the Sbisà room, on the first floor.

Make sure to keep this information handy to organize your schedule efficiently and minimize unnecessary travel between meetings.
