In view of next edition of Big Science Business Forum (Trieste, 1 – 4 October 2024), the BSBF International Organised Committee launched the scheme “BSBF visits Big Science Organizations”.
In this context, responding to the following form will enable you to join the “BSBF visits CERN” which will take place on 9 February 2024 from 08h45 to 14h30, with access to the internal canteen for lunch.
CERN, main entrance B, Esplanade des Particules, 1, Meyrin, Switzerland. The presentations will be given from 09h00 to 10h00 in “Council Chamber-bld. 503/1-001” with the following tentative agenda:
– Welcome
– BSBF Trieste 2024 presentation
– Introduction to CERN
– Visit to CERN facilities
Access to the visit is free of charge (transport, food and accommodation costs to be borne by participants) and registration is open to interested European companies (maximum two participants per company) who will respond to the individual form by 15 January 2024.
The availability of access is limited and selected participants will be contacted with all access information no later than 3 weeks before the visit.
