Alessandro Dallocchio is head of the Fabrication Methods and Subcontracting Section within the Mechanical & Materials Engineering Group at CERN. He is a Mechanical Engineer, with a PhD in Machine Design and Construction. He has spent last 20 years in designing and manufacturing all sorts of equipment for Particle Accelerators and Detectors.
