Raffaella Geometrante is the Managing Director of Kyma SpA (Italy) and Kyma tehnologija doo (Slovenia), companies focused on permanent magnet devices that are crucial for advancing synchrotrons and Free Electron Lasers. She co-chairs the AIPF (Accelerator Industry Permanent Forum), bridging industry and research in accelerator science, and has also served on Scientific Program Committees for various accelerator workshops and IPAC conference.
