Lambert Kleinmann joined the European Commission in 2004 and is currently the Acting Head of Unit for Labour Mobility, Public Employment Services, ELA. His main areas of responsibility include intra-EU mobility, freedom of movement of workers, EURES, mobility analysis, the European network of Public Employment Services, ESCO, Europass, the EU Talent Pool tackling undeclared work and the European Labour Authority.
