He serves as Head of the Industrial Liaison Office, managing industrial activities and technology transfer at Elettra. Skilled in Materials Science and Innovation Management, he holds a Physics degree from the University of Trieste and a PhD in Material Science from the Academy of Sciences in Prague. He has extensive experience in both public and private sectors, having managed several industrial research projects and collaborated with technology transfer offices of scientific centers in Europe. His experience includes setting up and managing a private company in High-End Instrumentation for nanotechnologies and founding a pioneering IT startup in the 1990s.
