The Institute of Plasma Physics and Laser Microfusion (ifpilm.pl) established in 1975 is a public research institute conducting research in the area of plasma physics, controlled fusion in order to generate useful (electrical) energy in a safe and environmentally friendly manner and research on plasma/ion sources for electric propulsion. Since 2023, the Institute has played the role of the European Innovation Council’s Partner and offers three types of services: conducting technical tests and analyses, including compliance tests, manufacturing of equipment and devices related to conducted research and development works as well as the provision of expertise other than scientific research and development works.
