European XFEL: Schenefeld, Germany
In view of next edition of Big Science Business Forum (Trieste, 1 – 4 October 2024), the BSBF International Organised Committee launched the scheme “BSBF visits Big Science Organizations”.
In this context, responding to the following form will enable you to join the “BSBF visits European XFEL” which will take place on 19 January 2024 at European XFEL (Schenefeld, Germany) with the following tentative agenda:
- Welcome
- BSBF Trieste 2024 presentation
- Status of European XFEL project
- Procurement rules for European XFEL calls
- Visit to European XFEL facilities
Access to the visit is free of charge (transport, food and accommodation costs to be borne by participants) and registration is open to interested European companies (maximum two participants per company) who will respond to the individual form by 5 December.The availability of access is limited and selected participants will be contacted with all access information no later than 3 weeks before the visit.
