Applications received from Maastricht and Malmo/Lund
Following the deadline on June 4th for the BSBF2026 Call, two applications have been received to host the 2026 edition of the Big Science Business Forum.
Maastricht has put forth a joint proposal by “Big Science.NL” and “Belgian Agoria”, while Malmo/Lund’s bid comes from “Big Science Sweden and Swedish Industry Liaison Office”.
The evaluation of these applications will be undertaken in the upcoming months by representatives from the ten BSOs (Big Science Organizations) promoting the BSBF.
The outcomes will be made public during the passing torch ceremony on October 4th, concluding the forthcoming edition of the BSBF (Trieste, October 1st – 4th, 2024).
