Cristina Ortiz Schousboe is graduated in Law and specialized in EU Law. After 7 years serving in various EU Institutions (Court of Justice, Commission, ENISA), in 2008 she joined Fusion for Energy as a Procurement officer. In 2019 she was appointed as Procurement Group Leader, with a team of 14 staff members responsible to implement all procurement procedures of the Joint Undertaking. Committed to develop a more sustainable procurement, she is leading the team to further integrate sustainability in Fusion for Energy´s call for tenders. This year, the group will implement the first procedure of a major Technology Development Program towards innovation in Fusion energy.
