Kristel Tans is the Head of the Project Control, Supply Chain & Finance Department. Under her leadership, a team of approximately 100 colleagues is responsible for F4E’s supply chain management, project control of the various projects, together with the budget, finance and accounting activities of the organisation. She joined F4E in 2009 and prior to this position was Head of Unit for Contracts and Procurement. She holds an Engineering degree in Chemistry (Katholieke Universiteit Leuven) combined with an Executive MBA (Antwerpen Management School). Prior to joining F4E, she worked in private organisations operating in multi-cultural environments, and masters solid project management skills resolving challenges in a timely manner through collaboration, creativity and respect.
