Aleš Hála is the head of the Innovation Office at ELI ERIC, a leading European research infrastructure dedicated to high-power laser physics. He has been with ELI since 2011. With a strong background in valorisation of research and development, Aleš has been instrumental in building of ELI’s relations with industry, fostering innovations and driving the commercialization of ELI’s cutting-edge technologies. His main expertise lies in building strategic partnerships with industrial suppliers to ELI, facilitation of technology transfer, and supporting the development of ELI’s innovation ecosystem across the ELI member and observer countries.
